Job Description:

Our client is seeking an organised, adaptable, and confident HR Administrator to join a busy and fast paced team. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who thrives on managing multiple priorities and enjoys working within a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in supporting a high volume HR function, acting as a central point of coordination across a range of administrative and people related processes. This is a varied role offering exposure to recruitment, systems support, and employee lifecycle administration.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing and monitoring shared HR inboxes
  • Responding to queries and escalating where necessary
  • Supporting end to end recruitment administration including: Advertising vacancies, Issuing offers, Coordinating pre-employment checks, Onboarding new starters
  • Maintaining recruitment trackers and updating HR systems
  • Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries
  • Supporting the implementation of a new HR system
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
  • Assisting with HR process improvements and guidance documentation
  • Supporting coordination and tracking of training activity

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience in a fast paced environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Experience working across databases and systems
  • Resilient, adaptable, and a quick learner
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
