Are you a highly organised and proactive professional with experience in administration, events, stakeholder engagement, research or relationship management? We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Development Officer to join their team on a one month temporary contract. This is a varied and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to support key projects, coordinate events, manage stakeholder communications, conduct research and provide essential operational support within a busy and collaborative team.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct research and gather intelligence to support engagement activities and strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of events, including logistics, invitations, attendee management, and follow up activities
  • Assist with stakeholder communications and relationship management
  • Prepare briefing documents, reports, presentations, and written materials
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Support operational processes, reporting, and administrative activities
  • Manage multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines are met

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, events, research or stakeholder-focused role
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
