We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Development Officer to join their team on a one month temporary contract. This is a varied and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to support key projects, coordinate events, manage stakeholder communications, conduct research and provide essential operational support within a busy and collaborative team.
Job Responsibility
Conduct research and gather intelligence to support engagement activities and strategic initiatives
Coordinate and support the delivery of events, including logistics, invitations, attendee management, and follow up activities
Assist with stakeholder communications and relationship management
Prepare briefing documents, reports, presentations, and written materials
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Support operational processes, reporting, and administrative activities
Manage multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines are met
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, events, research or stakeholder-focused role
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience using CRM systems, databases, or similar management systems
A professional, collaborative, and proactive approach to work
Confidence working independently and as part of a team
