Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and well-organised administrator to join a welcoming and longstanding team within the engineering industry. This role is initially temporary for 3 months therefore you must be available immediately and able to commit to the full duration. The successful candidate must possess prior administration skills with a confident telephone manner and strong IT and communication skills to be considered for this role.

Job Responsibility:

Answering calls and taking accurate messages or transferring to the correct department
Filing, scanning and distributing post
Updating customer details
Meeting and greeting visitors
Calling lapsed and existing customers
Creating training certificates
Updating training records and excel spreadsheets

Requirements:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent customer care skills with a professional telephone manner
A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
