Job Description:

We are seeking a Part Time Administrator / PA to join our client, a well-established construction and property company that have exciting plans in place for growth this year. This role is temporary initially but may become permanent for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be able to manage their workload independently and efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process and raise quotes
  • Send emails and document packs
  • Import data onto spreadsheets
  • Input timesheet hours
  • Manage diaries and schedules

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

  • Ensure equipment is functional, safely and professionally presented, and that client is familiar or comfortable with the operation of any equipment they are utilizing
