Job Responsibility:
Diary management
Arrange and organise internal and external meetings
Act as the main contact point, filtering calls, emails, and requests
Prepare agendas, meeting packs, minutes, and action lists
Draft emails and documents
Book travel and accommodation
Process expenses and ensure they meet company policies
Keep records and files organised, secure, and audit‑ready
Help plan and coordinate office activities and team events
Requirements:
Prior PA, EA or Senior Administration experience
Financial services experience is essential
Professional written communication
Confident verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels
Strong listening and message‑taking skills
High attention to detail
