Job Responsibility:

  • Candidate Assessment: Rigorously review candidate applications against programme criteria and carry out any required follow‑ups to gather missing information
  • Query Management: Respond to candidate queries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring all communication aligns with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Enrolment & Onboarding: Support the end‑to‑end enrolment process, ensuring all system setup and on boarding tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Funding & Compliance: Ensure the correct upload, management, and reconciliation of candidate information to meet UK government funding requirements
  • Tactical Execution: Handle high‑volume administrative tasks including data entry, record auditing, documentation checks, and system updates
  • Data Integrity: Proactively identify and resolve candidate blockers to prevent delays in programme start dates
  • Team Flexibility: Provide additional capacity across different areas of the operations team as priorities shift during the peak period

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a learner/education administrative role is highly desirable
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable navigating different systems and platforms, including experience using Google Sheets for data tracking
