Temporary Operations Administrator to support a busy and professional office environment in central Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and document processing skills who enjoys working in a varied role.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and manage outgoing correspondence including letters, reports, presentations, and other business documents
Ensure all documents are accurate, well-formatted, and aligned with internal standards
Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
Provide professional reception cover during lunch breaks and holidays, welcoming visitors and managing front-of-house duties
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, meeting room bookings, and catering arrangements
Support with general administrative tasks including data entry, diary coordination, and ad hoc project support
Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator with a professional and presentable manner
Previous experience in an office-based administrative role
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
