Our client, a busy property management company, is seeking a Temporary Office Assistant to provide essential administrative support to their team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. This position is onsite working Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibility:
Answer and direct incoming calls
Greet tenants, vendors, and visitors
Manage email correspondence and office calendars
Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
Support work order tracking and maintenance requests
Prepare tenant communications and general office correspondence
Maintain office supplies and support daily administrative operations
Provide additional clerical support to the property management team as needed
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Prior experience managing a multi-line phone system
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
Previous office assistant, administrative assistant, or property management support experience preferred
