Temporary Office Administrator – Philadelphia, PA Our client, a professional services firm in Center City Philadelphia, is seeking a Temporary Office Administrator to provide full-time, on-site support now through approximately November 1. This role will initially work alongside the current Office Administrator through mid-July before taking full ownership of office operations. This position is onsite, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational oversight for a fast-paced office environment
Coordinate IT needs by triaging issues and partnering with external vendors
Provide occasional HR support as needed
Supervise and support administrative staff, including workload direction, training, staffing coordination, and performance support
Serve as a reliable operational partner to leadership, taking direction well and exercising sound professional judgment
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining organization, discretion, and efficiency
Requirements:
Prior experience managing office operations in a corporate or professional services environment
Demonstrated experience supervising or overseeing administrative staff
Strong organizational skills and professional judgment
Polished, dependable, and comfortable in a structured, heads-down office culture
Nimble and adaptable, able to respond to shifting priorities
Experience handling IT issues at a triage level and coordinating with outside vendors
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
