Job Description:

Our brand-new clinic of surgical excellence, located in the heart of Saint-Michel in Montreal, is opening its doors and seeking a temporary receptionist for a minimum duration of one month.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greeting patients in person and over the phone
  • Appointment scheduling and waiting room management
  • Basic administrative support
  • Transcription and preparation of surgery files
  • Liaison with pharmacies and hospitals
  • Confidential management of results and reports

Requirements:

  • Mandatory proficiency in Omnimed software (no candidates will be considered without this skill)
  • Excellent customer service skills and empathy
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is a major asset
  • Ability to work in a startup environment (new structure)
What we offer:
  • Temporary contract of one month minimum
  • Work location: Montreal, Saint-Michel district (close to transport)

  • Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
