We are currently supporting a leading professional body with the recruitment of a Marketing & Communications Executive for a 4–6 week temporary assignment with an immediate start. This role will play a key part in supporting critical communications activity, including partner engagement around new system roll-outs and wider organisational updates.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the delivery of targeted communications to partners and stakeholders
Creating and distributing email campaigns using Dotdigital
Coordinating messaging around system roll-outs and organisational updates
Working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective communication
Managing multiple workstreams and deadlines across ongoing projects
Using data and reporting insights to optimise campaign performance and engagement
Supporting stakeholder engagement across different levels of the organisation
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in a marketing and/or communications role within a membership body
Hands-on experience using Dotdigital (or similar email marketing platforms)
Strong internal communications experience with the ability to collaborate across teams
Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Data-driven mindset, with experience using insights to improve performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence and engage at all levels
