Job Description

This role involves working alongside one of our qualified Lawn Operatives on customer’s lawns to help with the process of scarification, aeration, fertilisation and moss control. In general, you will be requested to rake lawns, pick up grass and other garden material - to bag it or move it to compost heaps or recycle bins, ensuring a professional, high level of service at all times.

Job Responsibility

  • Visit designated customers daily and assist the lawn operative
  • Provide assistance using machinery to aerate and scarify lawns and remove waste
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of all machinery
  • Maintain standards of all health and safety practices
  • Maintain cleanliness of the company vehicle
  • Maintain the company uniform
  • Ensure a professional and smart appearance
  • Carry out any other relevant duties

Requirements

  • Have full, UK driving licence for manual vehicles
  • Have excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Have a passion for working outdoors
  • Be able to deliver top quality customer service
  • Have excellent organisation and timekeeping skills
  • Have the right to work in the UK
