This full-time temporary position is perfect for someone who is organised, enthusiastic, and eager to support our learning initiatives!
Job Responsibility:
Coordinating training schedules and logistics
Maintaining learning management systems and tracking attendance
Assisting in the development of training materials
Supporting the L&D team in various administrative tasks
Communicating with trainers and participants to ensure a positive experience
Requirements:
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask effectively
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within L&D, is a plus!
