Job Responsibility:
Contribute to the creation and implementation of People Strategy
Manage a diverse caselist including discipline, grievance, and performance management
Provide expert advice to managers
Coach managers, offering guidance and data-driven insights
Lead initiatives to navigate organisational change
Provide first-class HR services across all departments
Support Health and Wellbeing initiatives
Drive Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) projects
Conduct exit interviews and provide constructive feedback
Liaise with Occupational Health Services to manage sickness absence
Requirements:
Degree level education or equivalent experience
Professional qualification (MCIPD preferred)
Significant HR experience within a busy environment
