Join our Clients Team as a Temp HR/People Associate Partner! Are you passionate about people and eager to make a difference in an organisation that values its workforce? We're looking for an enthusiastic HR/People Associate Partner to join our dynamic People Directorate!

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of People Strategy
  • Manage a diverse caselist including discipline, grievance, and performance management
  • Provide expert advice to managers
  • Coach managers, offering guidance and data-driven insights
  • Lead initiatives to navigate organisational change
  • Provide first-class HR services across all departments
  • Support Health and Wellbeing initiatives
  • Drive Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) projects
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Liaise with Occupational Health Services to manage sickness absence

Requirements:

  • Degree level education or equivalent experience
  • Professional qualification (MCIPD preferred)
  • Significant HR experience within a busy environment
  • Experience handling complex employee relations cases
  • Experience contributing to policy development
  • Personable and approachable
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Adaptable to changing needs
