We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Administrator to join the central team of an Education Trust on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for someone with experience in the education sector who can confidently support a wide range of HR administrative and transactional processes. This is a fully on‑site role based at Ashbourne and requires an Enhanced DBS check due to the nature of the organisation.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting with end-to-end recruitment administration
Preparing and issuing offer letters and employment contracts
Coordinating onboarding processes and ensuring all compliance documentation is completed
Supporting HR transactional activities across the Trust
Managing employee data and documentation accurately and confidentially
Handling payroll variations and maintaining associated records
Producing HR-related correspondence as required
Using Microsoft Word and Excel daily
Updating HR systems
Requirements:
Previous experience in an HR or People support role
Experience working in the education sector - ideal but not essential
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong administrative and organisational abilities
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
