Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and competent to provide support across the team which consists of the Head of People & Development, HR Advisor and HR Coordinator. You can expect to be involved in a broad range of HR activities across the employee life cycle including recruitment, employee benefits, learning & development and pay and reward.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting with recruitment processes, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews
Maintaining and updating employee records with accuracy and attention to detail
Supporting onboarding and training initiatives for new team members
Responding to employee inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
Coordinating HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement

Requirements:

Previous experience in HR or administrative roles
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
