We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Help Desk Support Assistant to join our client's team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background and be able to commit to the entire duration of the assignment. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide top-notch support to our clients.
Job Responsibility:
Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Assist with the setup and configuration of computer systems and applications
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Help Desk or IT support role
Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driving license and access to a car
Nice to have:
Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
