As a Customer Service Representative with Foundever®, you will be the face of our client's brand, using your exceptional customer service and language skills to foster meaningful, personalised connections with our consumers. You will support our 'shared services' team, meaning you will support two or more clients. You will effectively use your excellent customer service skills to provide friendly and knowledgeable product information to our end users, assist them with installation and user-related enquiries via phone and email and advise them on procedures to give the best resolution. We work on a fast paced environment where dedication and flexibility matters.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to all customer enquires within given timescales, efficiently and effectively
Develop and maintain a full knowledge of client products and services
Recognise when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff
Deal with all correspondence as requested/required
Log all calls accurately and in line with Foundever and Client procedure/processes
Maintain and update all administration
Consult product manuals, to be able to advise customer of appropriate options / solutions
Meet minimum monitoring criteria
Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) to a native standard English and German with an ability to personalise communications
Demonstrated customer service experience or natural aptitude
Minimum 20 WPM typing speed on a computer keyboard
Ability to create genuine rapport and show empathy in consumer interactions
Strong organisational abilities
Proficiency with MS Word/Excel
Outstanding communication skills with ability to maintain composure in all situations
Self-motivated with ability to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines
Attention to detail is needed on every level and at every aspect of the consumer journey
