Office Angels are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established organisation for a Temporary Senior Administrator to cover maternity leave for 13 months. This is a varied and responsible role combining senior administrative support with finance‑related duties, ideal for an experienced administrator who is a confident communicator and enjoys working in a busy, people‑focused environment. Finance experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
Job Responsibility
Acting as a first point of contact for members via telephone and email, handling inbound queries professionally and efficiently
Supporting full membership administration, including adding new members to the system, updating personal, job, and bank details, processing joiners and leavers accurately
Managing a shared mailbox, ensuring queries are responded to promptly
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data is kept up to date
Providing general administrative and paperwork support as required
Completing bank reconciliations
Inputting payments and supporting supplier payment runs
Processing claims and finance paperwork
Managing expenses and assisting with benefits-related administration
Supporting accurate financial record-keeping and compliance
Requirements
Experienced Administrator in a senior or high-responsibility role
Confident communicator with excellent telephone and written skills
Comfortable handling sensitive data with discretion and accuracy
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Finance or accounts experience (reconciliations, payments, expenses) is desirable but not essential
Confident with systems, databases, and data entry
