Job Description:

Are you a confident communicator with a warm, professional presence? We're looking for a Front of House Coordinator to support a well-established accountancy firm in their modern Bradford office. You'll be the welcoming face of the business, joining a bubbly and supportive team that values excellence and friendliness in equal measure.

Job Responsibility:

Handling inbound calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Inputting data into internal CRM systems
Coordinating deliveries and liaising with reception and other departments
Managing the internal email inbox
Supporting with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Front of House or Reception role
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Confident using IT systems including Excel and CRM platforms
A polished, professional manner and excellent communication skills
