Our client is looking for a Temporary Fleet Coordinator to oversee and manage their company vehicle fleet through a third-party supplier. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual to support operations on a short-term basis, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, compliant, and available when needed. You will also contribute to improving efficiency across the fleet while supporting our commitment to net zero and sustainability goals.
Job Responsibility
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of company vehicles, including maintenance records, usage, and condition
Schedule and oversee routine servicing, inspections, and repairs
Coordinate vehicle allocation and scheduling to meet operational needs
Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle performance
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including insurance, registration, and local regulations
Liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure high service standards
Support initiatives to optimise fleet efficiency and reduce environmental impact
Requirements
Previous experience in fleet management, logistics, or a similar role (desirable)
Strong organisational and coordination skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage records accurately
Able to work effectively with external suppliers and internal teams
Interest in sustainability and operational efficiency
