We are seeking a methodical and detail orientated Fleet Administrator to join a friendly team who are very proud to be working as part of the Sizewell C project. This is a full-time role, initially temporary for 2 - 3 months therefore you must be available immediately and able to commit to the full duration of the role. You will be responsible for providing a variety of administration duties across the departments, ensuring timescales and compliance standards are met.
Job Responsibility:
Answering calls, taking messages and assisting with queries
Booking MOT's, services and repairs for all vehicles
Ensuring tax and insurance documents are kept updated
Completing fleet logs on Excel
Booking vehicle condition reports and uploading reports onto the system
Other administration duties to ensure smooth running of the department
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work without constant supervision
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Prioritisation and organisation skills
Ability to multi-task
Good knowledge of operating IT systems i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint
