Job Description:

We are seeking a methodical and detail orientated Fleet Administrator to join a friendly team who are very proud to be working as part of the Sizewell C project. This is a full-time role, initially temporary for 2 - 3 months therefore you must be available immediately and able to commit to the full duration of the role. You will be responsible for providing a variety of administration duties across the departments, ensuring timescales and compliance standards are met.

Job Responsibility:

  • Answering calls, taking messages and assisting with queries
  • Booking MOT's, services and repairs for all vehicles
  • Ensuring tax and insurance documents are kept updated
  • Completing fleet logs on Excel
  • Booking vehicle condition reports and uploading reports onto the system
  • Other administration duties to ensure smooth running of the department
