Job Description:

As a Temporary Finance Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every apprentice enrolled in our programs is accurately registered with the UK Government's Apprenticeship Service (AS). Your attention to detail and proactive nature will help us secure funding and support for our learners. You'll collaborate closely with various teams, acting as their trusted expert in apprenticeship funding.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the accurate and timely registration of apprentice data on the Government's Apprenticeship Service portal
  • Resolve data mismatches between internal records and government systems
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for Go-to-Market team
  • Reconcile and maintain data across our CRM and internal systems
  • Respond to employer queries via email and calls
  • Enhance compliance operations by documenting, automating, and improving workflows

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a finance, compliance, operations, or data-focused role
  • A background in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline is a plus, or equivalent experience that has honed your numerical and analytical skills
