Job Responsibility:
Maintain the contractor system, including data analysis, error correction, updates, and extracts/downloads
Recording financial transactions and creating reports
Processing invoices
Assist with ledger maintenance and day-to-day budget management
Support procurement requirements for service delivery across departments
Coordinate information, evidence, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Providing general administrative support to the finance team
Requirements:
Proficiency in various IT systems and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Previous experience in a finance environment is beneficial, but not essential
Ability to process large volumes of financial information efficiently
Confidence, enthusiasm and ability to work as part of a team
