Job Description

Temporary Finance Assistant role in a friendly, fast-paced, and collaborative team based in Bridge of Allan. Working in a small close knit team, this role requires someone who is organised and deadline focused. There is the possibility of the original role leading to a more permanent position.

Job Responsibility

  • Processing and managing supplier invoices
  • Handling company credit card transactions, including processing and flagging any discrepancies
  • Managing the petty cash
  • Preparing weekly payment runs in line with a fixed schedule
  • Monitoring and maintaining the accounts inbox
  • Maintaining the purchase ledger with accurate records

Requirements

  • Experience with QuickBooks/Sage or Xero is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • A team player with a people-first mindset
  • Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
  • Previous experience in a finance role
  • Own transport is essential due to the location
