Job Responsibility:
Managing Payments: Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and on time
Managing Purchase Orders (POs): Handle the creation and tracking of POs to ensure efficient procurement
Managing Invoices and Journals: Process and reconcile invoices while maintaining accurate financial records
General Administration Tasks: Provide essential administrative support to ensure seamless operations within the finance team
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Finance Administrator or in a similar role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a MUST!
