Job Responsibility

  • Managing Payments: Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and on time
  • Managing Purchase Orders (POs): Handle the creation and tracking of POs to ensure efficient procurement
  • Managing Invoices and Journals: Process and reconcile invoices while maintaining accurate financial records
  • General Administration Tasks: Provide essential administrative support to ensure seamless operations within the finance team

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Finance Administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a MUST!
