Job Description:

This temporary role will be during the Exam period (May to June).

Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately entering, registering and monitoring of students for exams and qualifications, in accordance with procedures
  • Ensuring sufficient exam resource (including Invigilation) has been scheduled and booked for students' examinations both on line and on paper
  • Preparing exam timetables and communicating these in a timely manner to the relevant parties
  • Storing, preparing and issuing exam papers and materials in a timely way that complies with awarding organisation regulations and that will withstand unannounced inspections
  • Issuing and recording of exam certificates, in accordance with procedures and Awarding Body Guidelines

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of office and administrative systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Organisational skills and diary management
  • Experience in the use of IT, including spread sheets, email, and word processing
