Temporary Events Administrator to support the delivery of two major events taking place in October. Fantastic opportunity for someone with previous events experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from initial brief to post-event wrap-up
Liaise with venues, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all logistics are in place and deadlines are met
Maintain accurate event documentation including schedules, contracts, risk assessments, and attendee lists
Manage event registrations and respond to delegate enquiries to ensure a smooth experience
Support budget monitoring, invoice processing, and tracking of spend against forecasts
Requirements:
Previous experience in events administration is essential
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
