Job Description

Temporary Events Administrator to support the delivery of two major events taking place in October. Fantastic opportunity for someone with previous events experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from initial brief to post-event wrap-up
  • Liaise with venues, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all logistics are in place and deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate event documentation including schedules, contracts, risk assessments, and attendee lists
  • Manage event registrations and respond to delegate enquiries to ensure a smooth experience
  • Support budget monitoring, invoice processing, and tracking of spend against forecasts

Requirements

  • Previous experience in events administration is essential
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
