Job Responsibility

  • Deliver top-notch executive support to the COO and other senior leaders as needed
  • Proactively manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings across multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinate all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, venues, itineraries, and logistics
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and meeting packs to ensure leaders are fully prepared
  • Support leadership meetings by coordinating logistics, managing actions, and following up on key deliverables
  • Assist in creating presentations, slide preparation, and other vital business materials
  • Provide project and administrative support on strategic initiatives and cross-functional activities
