Job Responsibility

  • Perform daily data checks on the main database, validating system information against car documents, photos, and other data reports to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain and update Excel files to record nonconformities and relevant findings on a daily basis
  • Report improvement points through email or other materials, providing clear feedback
  • Collaborate with the operations team, supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Conduct process audits to ensure alignment with predefined quality and operational criteria
