A manufacturing company in Glenview is looking for a temporary Customer Service Representative to join their team. This could be a potential full-time role. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and sales reps- answering questions, resolving issues, entering quotes, and making every experience a positive one. Job Responsibility:
Process requests from Inside Sales Accounts
Process quotes when needed
Customer support / follow up
Work with internal stakeholders to maximize Customer satisfaction and sales
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships and through regular contact and timely follow-up
Outbound calling to current and prospective customers to build sales pipeline and close new business
Schedule Quarterly Reviews with top Customers
Track monthly, quarterly & yearly revenues
Interact with Sales team on basic field needs
Assist customer service team when needed
Fill out or assist with customer required forms for company details (quality, regulatory other)
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2+ years customer service and/or inside sales experience in a related field
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Financial & Business acumen
Knowledge of business-to-business sales process and procedures
Work independently with limited direction
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers
Familiarity with sales tool technology such as CRM, Cognos and business software
