On Site Support at the Atlas Ramos assembly plant to act as liaison between our production team and John Deere. The estimated time frame in which we would need the support is for between 3 to 6 months. This resource would be a FTE during this period working a 8 hour shift M-F.
Job Responsibility:
Being the primary point of contact for John Deere’s IJD division including supporting during onsite visits
Attend to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via email, or other channels
Order management
Expedite material when necessary
Escalate complex issues to higher levels when necessary
Follow up on pending issues until resolution
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree International Business, Administration or related
0-1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced customer service environment
Verbal and written communication skills
Empathy and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
Results-oriented and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
Microsoft Office knowledge
Advanced English Full Proficiency - Writing, Reading, Speaking
