Job Responsibility:

  • Meet customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Address and resolve day-to-day queries from drivers to ensure seamless operations
  • Work closely with teams across operations and control to streamline processes and enhance service delivery
  • Keep systems updated accurately to reflect real-time data
  • Be ready to adjust plans and priorities as the day evolves to meet the customers' needs
  • Ensure that individual customer requirements are met with precision and care

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a busy operational or customer service environment is essential
  • A confident communicator who can juggle multiple tasks while keeping communication clear and effective
  • Organised and accurate with an eye for detail, comfortable using various systems
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills

Nice to have:

Experience in logistics or courier operations is helpful, but not essential
