Job Responsibility:
Meet customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Address and resolve day-to-day queries from drivers to ensure seamless operations
Work closely with teams across operations and control to streamline processes and enhance service delivery
Keep systems updated accurately to reflect real-time data
Be ready to adjust plans and priorities as the day evolves to meet the customers' needs
Ensure that individual customer requirements are met with precision and care
Requirements:
Previous experience in a busy operational or customer service environment is essential
A confident communicator who can juggle multiple tasks while keeping communication clear and effective
Organised and accurate with an eye for detail, comfortable using various systems
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Nice to have:
Experience in logistics or courier operations is helpful, but not essential
