Job Description

Temporary Customer Service Advisor. Monday - Friday : 8.00am - 5.00pm. £12.75 per hour. 7 week assignment to start ASAP. Location : Romford. Working as part of large team you will liaise with customers, updating information on the in-house database. You will forward feedback emails to customers and log responses. You will respond to enquires and queries by phone and email.

Requirements

  • You must be confident talking to customers over the telephone
