Office Angels are seeking a cheerful and professional Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join our fantastic client based in Glasgow! If you have a passion for customer service and a knack for organisation, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Support customers when signing documents
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and order processing
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Assist with promotional activities and office events

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
