Our client, a well established and fast paced organisation, is currently looking to recruit a Temporary Customer Service Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining customer interaction with administrative responsibilities. You will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for customers, while also supporting the wider team with important post-sale and operational admin tasks.
Job Responsibility
Conducting handover appointments with customers
Processing and invoicing completed sales accurately
Carrying out occasional post office runs to support business needs
Supporting with a range of post sale administrative tasks and customer case follow ups
Providing a high standard of customer service throughout the process
Requirements
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, administrative environment
Flexible and able to work 5 days out of 7 on a rota, including weekends
Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player
