We're partnering with a successful business in Sherborne that needs an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to support their busy team over the next 2-3 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming environment where your contribution will genuinely make a difference. You must be available immediately to be considered for this role and able to commit to the full duration.

Job Responsibility

  • Handling incoming calls and processing customer orders
  • Making outbound calls to existing customers to promote products or provide support
  • Answering enquiries about deliveries and product information
  • Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Updating customer records
  • General administration such as filing and scanning

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent customer care skills with a professional telephone manner
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask
  • Previous experience in an administrative role would be advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
