Job Responsibility

Timely Communication: Respond to customer queries via phone and email, ensuring clear and accurate information is shared
Proactive Follow-Ups: Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and updates to keep customers informed
Managing the Customer Journey: Oversee the entire customer process from initial enquiry to completion
Coordinating Bookings: Schedule visits and appointments with both customers and internal teams
Supporting the Quoting Process: Assist in gathering information, arranging consultations and issuing quotations
Efficient Inbox Management: Ensure shared inboxes are monitored and all communications are addressed promptly
Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain customer records, databases and Excel trackers to ensure data integrity
Liaising with Internal Teams: Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and project delivery
