Job Description:

We are seeking a cheerful and dedicated Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join a dynamic team in Hull. This role is essential in ensuring top-notch support and assistance.

Job Responsibility:

  • provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
  • handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a positive attitude
  • maintain accurate records and manage appointment schedules
  • collaborate with team members to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
  • assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of healthcare services

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • previous experience in customer service (healthcare experience is a plus)
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • a friendly, professional demeanour and a willingness to learn
  • ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
