We're partnering with a successful business in Sherborne that needs an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to support their busy team over the next 2-3 months. Job Responsibility:
Handling incoming calls and processing customer orders
Making outbound calls to existing customers to promote products or provide support
Answering enquiries about deliveries and product information
Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
Updating customer records
General administration such as filing and scanning
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent customer care skills with a professional telephone manner
A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask
Previous experience in an administrative role would be advantageous
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
