As a Temporary Customer Relationship Administrator, you will join the customer service team, engaging with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Job Responsibility
Processing customer orders via email and phone, ensuring they are entered accurately on our ERP system and meeting KPI targets
Providing sales support to Customer Relationship Executives (CRE’s)
Supporting CRE’s in the creation of customer quotations and logging them as opportunities within the company’s CRM database
Managing team mailboxes, assigning emails to the relevant team members
Providing excellent customer service support via phone and email
Resolving customer issues within agreed timescales, recording all contact and outcomes in CRM
Understanding and applying Export Control regulations and maintaining awareness of regulatory developments to ensure compliance
Updating the ERP and CRM systems as required to assist the smooth running of the department
