Temporary Corporate Reception role in Bristol. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, handling calls, appointments, mail, and administrative support for legal teams.
Job Responsibility:
Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members
Managing appointment schedules and coordinating meeting rooms
Handling incoming and outgoing mail with efficiency

Requirements:
Previous reception or administrative experience, ideally within a legal environment
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
A friendly, approachable attitude with a focus on excellent customer service
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT literacy
