Job Description:

Temporary Corporate Receptionist position in London's West End. The role involves being the welcoming face of a dynamic organisation, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday from 08:00-17:00.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy reception area
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
  • Register and coordinate visitors including issuing visitor badges
  • Schedule and prepare meeting rooms with refreshments and equipment
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
  • Provide general administrative support such as data entry and filing
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols
  • Assist with travel and accommodation bookings for staff
  • Handle queries and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:

  • Must be first aid trained
  • Charismatic team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and hands-on with a can-do attitude
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to use initiative and problem-solving skills effectively
