Temporary Corporate Receptionist position in London's West End. The role involves being the welcoming face of a dynamic organisation, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday from 08:00-17:00.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy reception area
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
Register and coordinate visitors including issuing visitor badges
Schedule and prepare meeting rooms with refreshments and equipment
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
Provide general administrative support such as data entry and filing
Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols
Assist with travel and accommodation bookings for staff
Handle queries and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:
Must be first aid trained
Charismatic team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Adaptable and hands-on with a can-do attitude
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Ability to use initiative and problem-solving skills effectively
Good organisational and prioritisation skills
