Job Description

We're currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Coordinator to join our client based in Glasgow City Centre. This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders. You'll play a key role in supporting regional activities, providing essential administrative services to both volunteer members and the Regional Support Team. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate. Therefore, we are only able to consider applicants who are available to start immediately.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, delivering excellent customer service
  • Coordinate and support regional events, including venue booking, delegate management, and on-site logistics
  • Provide administrative support to committees, officers, and branches
  • Maintain and update website content
  • Manage membership data and generate reports using internal systems
  • Assist with financial administration, including invoice processing and account maintenance
  • Create and distribute marketing materials and email communications

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
