Job Description:

We are working with an industrial services company which is searching for an attorney with strong experience with various customer and vendor agreements and proposals to cover a leave of absence. This role will negotiate, draft, and review the various agreements and proposals and provide internal support on contract and bid disputes and guidance on real world implications of contractual terms. This role will also participate in contract review and help set internal contractual policies. This role will start as soon as a qualified candidate is identified, and is expected to last until approximately November 2026. It will be on site in their South Shore office 4-5 days per week for the first month and then can be hybrid with at least 3 days in office per week. Pay rate is between $54-72/hr depending on level of experience. Please apply with resume for consideration.
