Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support in a healthcare setting? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client is seeking a Temporary Clinical Administrator who is dedicated to delivering a high-quality professional administrative service to patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Patient Coordination: Take charge of contacting and booking National Health and private patients efficiently and professionally
  • Confidentiality Commitment: Ensure the utmost confidentiality of patient personal and financial information at all times
  • Referral Management: Process patient referrals using SEMBLE diary management software and Excel database
  • Appointment Scheduling: Reach out to patients via phone to arrange appointments seamlessly
  • Payment Processing: Handle card payments and invoices with accuracy using SEMBLE or online links
  • Customer Service: Answer incoming calls in a polite and timely manner, providing excellent customer care to all service users
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the admin team and participate in regular meetings to enhance service delivery

Requirements:

  • Adhere to all policies and procedures while undertaking any mandatory training as required
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently or as part of a team, meeting deadlines with a proactive approach
  • Flexibility to work occasional out-of-hours, travel, and assist with ad-hoc duties as needed
  • Willingness to undergo a standard DBS check
