Job Responsibility:
Patient Coordination: Take charge of contacting and booking patients efficiently and professionally
Confidentiality Commitment: Ensure the utmost confidentiality of patient personal and financial information at all times
Referral Management: Process patient referrals using SEMBLE diary management software and Excel database
Appointment Scheduling: Reach out to patients via phone to arrange appointments seamlessly
Payment Processing: Handle card payments and invoices with accuracy using SEMBLE or online links
Customer Service: Answer incoming calls in a polite and timely manner, providing excellent customer care to all service users
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the admin team and participate in regular meetings to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
Adhere to all policies and procedures while undertaking any mandatory training as required
Demonstrate the ability to work independently or as part of a team, meeting deadlines with a proactive approach
Flexibility to work occasional out-of-hours, travel, and assist with ad-hoc duties as needed
Willingness to undergo a standard DBS check
