Are you a travel enthusiast with a knack for customer service? If you thrive in dynamic environments and love helping others plan their adventures, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our client is seeking a Travel Administrator to work within their Customer Care Team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist clients with travel-related queries and bookings, ensuring every interaction is positive and helpful
  • Manage and resolve issues efficiently and professionally, turning challenges into solutions
  • Utilise Amadeus and GDS Expert systems to handle travel arrangements seamlessly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless service and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous flight experience using Amadeus and GDS Expert is essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive approach to tackling challenges in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  • Commitment to a full-time, 2-month contract with an immediate start preferred
