They are recruiting for 2 candidates who will manage the administrative and operational processes behind the company's certification accreditation programs, ensuring documentation, compliance checks, and workflows are completed accurately and on time. You will also coordinate with internal teams and external candidates or partners to maintain smooth certification cycles, resolve issues, and uphold quality standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute a wide range of tasks that enable learners to successfully complete their programs
  • Process and review apprentice end-point assessment materials, ensuring timely submissions to awarding organizations
  • Audit and quality-assure data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Investigate and resolve issues that arise with learners and employers
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Delivery and Learner Enablement, as well as external assessment partners
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to operational processes and ways of working
  • Assist the Operations Manager with ad hoc reports, special projects, and strategic initiatives as needed
